Goats are:

Koonac Goats can be bred in their first year of life (approx. 7
months of age), and produce twins (or more) every year (except for
the first year, where a single kid is accepted).
High productivity:
Koonac Goat mothers wean at least 80% of their own body weight.
Size:
Koonac Goats are medium sized goats (45-60kg doe’s body weight).
Hardiness: Koonac Goats
need only a minimum of hoof care and de-worming.
Maternal

Goats have no problems with kidding and are good mothers. They have
firmly attached udders with only two teats and ample milk
production.

Goats are docile and easy to handle.

range of does and bucks of
different age classes available for sale. Furthermore, we hand-raise
a small number of kids (orphans etc.) every year. These kids are
particularly tame and make excellent pets. |
